Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

(i agree that running gets many things moving!!! It's tricky sometimes!!)

That app is amazing and very acurate....even at the cottage it found me in the woods. I agree, my friends are awesome and so supportive!

At one point I was skipping along when I realized I was close to 10 k. I looked ridiculous. Like Phoebe on Friends. LOL
