ok, so I need a bit of help here. I did a bit of research, and it says my spin class is about 25-30 km. I average three classes a week. And i'm going to start running, and will do at least 5k twice a week. Maybe cut down my classes to 15km per class? This puts me with an average of running/spinning to 55km a week.

Hmmm... you are one busy lady!!
I'm not an expert on either running or spinning so anything I say would likely be the wrong advice. I just wanted to give you a much deserved pat on the back for all the activity you do!

I'm going to be honest.. I put in for 30 knowing I am slacking. I use to do 10km/day x 6 days a week + weights & about 2-5km/day walking as well... I want to get back to that... *sigh*

If I can do it you can too. I can honestly say there's been quite a shift in my psyche. Before WLS I sat and watched tv and tried to figure out how to get ANY activity in. Now I'm so busy I can't find time for all my favourite shows. My poor PVR is also getting quite the workout!

Oh I know I can. It is finding the time to get to the gym... LOL!

Goodness love ergo-bikes because I do at least half of my kms on one of those so I can read and bike...
