Save the Date! Sunday 9/23!
Hi guys,
We're planning a very exciting York Region/GTA meeting this month. We're lucky to have both Lynn Salmon & Katherine Dunnell share their WLS-friendly cooking skills to help us maneuver through the upcoming holiday season. The topic this month is "Holiday Survival Recipes". They will be giving you all sorts of awesome demos, recipes, and LOTS of yummy samples of WLS-friendly treats to help you get through the next few months without overindulging.
This meeting will be held on Sunday Sept 23 at 2:00 pm. It's located Upstairs at Loblaws, 301 High Tech Road in Richmond Hill. We will have the standard $5 entry fee. We will also be doing a 50-50 draw for those who want to buy tickets.
As well, we will have our usual clothing exchange, so please bring any clothes you would like to share and a bag to take your treasures you find home.
