Why delete a post?
It gets silly on here sometimes.
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

There's lots of reasons to delete without it being a huge issue.
I've deleted because:
- I've posted twice the same thing (sometimes my browser doesn't show my post made it), or
- because I replied to someone's off topic and due to how the site spaced it, it didn't appear in sequence and so looked weird. (ie, I responded to Monica M re a low fiber diet and it placed my response after a lot of other responses, so it looked weird, and I removed it).
- Sometimes I've given advice that I thought better of and so removed it.
- Or a joke didn't work.
There's a number of factors. 99% of the time it is no biggie, with me at least.
