OMG - powdered peanut butter? Doesn't that make the peanut butter lose its wonderful stick your tongue to the roof of your mouth quality?

Why not just regular peanut butter if it's mixed up and liquidized?

 yes, very peanutty, but not texturally like pb (no oily stick to your roof feeling), as it's defatted. good in greek yogurt too.

I totally forgot about PB2!! It's been so long since I was putting them in shakes!. Going to Low-Carb on Saturday, i'll get some!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

 Yes you can use it at the full fluids stage. it is basically similar to powdered protein mix.

Absolutely delicious sprinkled on the top of chocolate pudding cups. (fat free & sugar free of course)

Check with the nutritionist....they answer their emails.  I was out of TWH too and my lists say not to add/try peanut butter until after the last stage.
