How do you like that protein powder from costco?? I have looked at it but never buy it, yet. What is the nut info for it?

You should keep a set of workout clothes in your car LOL! Then you'll never forget them....

Hello Leanne1!  Yes I made the muffins and beans, sent the recipe to dietician before my rny and she approved in moderation and the smoothie too.  I make pretty much everything I eat unless I'm going out and I don't go out much.  You want the recipes?

smoothie; in blender put .5 cup no fat greek yoghurt, .5 cup unsweetened soy milk, 1 scoop vanilla favoured protein powder, 3 ice cubes, ten or so nice sized raspberries (or whatever fruit turns your crank).  Blend on high untill well blended.  Enjoy!

Banana blueberry bran muffins;
2 cups (3oz / 86g) wheat bran
1 cup (5oz / 141g) oat bran
1 cup (6oz / 170g) whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons (12g) baking soda
1 teaspoon (6g) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon (4g) salt
2 large eggs
2/3 cup (5oz by weight / 156g)unsweetened soy  milk
2/3 cup (5½ oz / 156g) 0% unflavoured greek yogurt
1/3 cup (2¼ oz / 65g) canola oil
1/3 cup (3¾ oz / 108g) sweet molasses
1/3 cup (3¾ oz / 108g) honey

Place oven rack in middle of oven and heat oven to 375°. Grease 2 standard size muffin pans. Or one plus a 7X7 cake pan (makes a loaf to cut up).

Combine wheat bran, oat bran, whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl and set aside. Combine eggs, milk, yogurt, canola oil, molasses, and honey in a small bowl and hit with an immersion blender until frothy. (Note: you can use all honey or all molasses instead if desired.)

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix with a rubber spatula just until combined.

Generously fill muffin cups with batter.

Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 20 to 25 minutes. Cool muffins in pan for 10 to 15 minutes, then carefully remove from pan and serve warm, or let cool on a wire rack.

Blueberry Bran Muffins
Makes about 24 muffins. Follow Basic Bran Muffin recipe, but gently fold 1-1/2 cups (7-1/2oz/214g) fresh or frozen blueberries into the batter.

Blueberry Banana Bran Muffins
Makes 24 large muffins. Follow Basic Bran Muffin recipe, but add mashed very ripe banana (2 small bananas, about about 9 oz/255g before peeled) into wet ingredients then hit with the immersion blender until frothy. Then gently fold 1-1/2 cups (7-1/2oz/214g) fresh or frozen blueberries into the dry ingredients before adding to wet. Baking time may need to be increased to 25 to 28 minutes.
