Nice! Thank you. I just bought two more Contingo mugs. They're $3.00 off right now!! I find that they take on the flavour, and I like using them for both hot and cold. Now I have seperate ones :-)

My sister-in-law introduced me to them, she swims with them in the lake LOL

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

I like the Contigo mugs, but find the same as you.  I don't like coffee, so I always make sure that I have a separate mug from my husband for my tea.

Did you see the new ones that have the locking button to prevent the button from getting pressed when you toss it in your purse. Love that new feature.  And $3 off made it even sweeter. I upped my stock of them to 10 :o

I only bought them recently, so I think the feature is old, not new, for me lol. They are awesome!!

Ok. So I tried to remember your instructions this morning, as I was running behind. I did everything but microwave the protein sludge. However, it was still good. I mixed it with the milk, used a fork, showered, and mixed it again and added the coffee. Pretty thick still, but I'll get used to it. Adding that to my goat yogurt for breakfast gives me a total of 53 grams of protein before 10 a.m. I like that!!

I use the Premiere shakes from Cost****hocolate premade). Warm up half a tetra pack in the microwave and add my coffee. It goes down sooooo good.

I had a couple of chunky, and not expired, Premier shakes and I can't go back to them :-( I loved them though!!
