Another question, I'm going through TWH, during opti can we use non dairy powder in decaf tea or coffee?

My surgeon had a fat stack of all my test results to take with my if I wanted them. You might ask your surgeon if they have them for you. My H pylori was found during gastroscopy and was treated by my family doctor as part of the work up to my surgery. I suspect that if you aren't requesting test result, then you won't get any.
I would say no to the dairy powder for coffee. Your dietitian should have informed you about what you can and can't have while on the opti fast diet. Also, Opti Fast should have included an information sheet with your order telling you what can and can't be taken while on the diet. but if it's a huge deal check with twh to make sure.
