I think someone needs to do a study on how obesity affects eyesight. When I weighed over 300 lbs I had myself convinced that I looked okay. Now, even though I'm below 200 lbs, I'm much more critical of each and every bulge and seem to think I must have AT LEAST another 100 lbs to go to get to a "normal" weight.

It`s weird how we lose weight but still look like ourselves, just less thick.
Also, normal is a fantasy that doesn`t exist. It`s the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Normies aren`t normal either.
I recommend doing things you never would have done fat.
That reminds you what has changed. I like exercising (I only do forms of transportation, going in circles makes me feel like a gerbil).
When my body is active and powerful I feel so proud of it, regardless of it`s size.
