I found this recipe and thought I would share it. High in protein and looks fo yummy.

Take two cups Dannon Oikos greek yogurt (blue cup) honey flavor and one carton fresh blueberries. Stick a berry with a toothpick and dip/swirl in the yogurt cup and use a second tooth pick to pu**** off onto a cookie sheet. Do all of them and place in the freezer. After an hour you can pop them off the cookie sheet and into a plastic baggie.

Sometimes you just put one foot in front of the other, even if you don't know where you're going.

By using the honey one, it will also be high in sugar.  You may want to use the plain one and then flavour it with some sweetener or any of the SF syrups.  The vanilla one would probably taste good with berries.

You can also do it with strawberries.

Dip strawberries in yogurt, freeze and you get this amazing snack. Great idea!
