OPTI starts tomorrow....

 Ok so tomorrow is the day i've been waiting for for over 2 years....i start my optifast and i will do this for 14 days....my surgery is on the 9th of July and i am so excited, yet nervous....i really need to keep my eyes on the prize because it's been a very long road leading me right here where i need to be...thank you to everyone who's posted with suggestions on how to make it an easier transition....i wish everyone the best at whatever stage you are on.

Good luck with the beginning of your journey tomorrow.  Optifast is like going through customs before the trip!  I enjoyed my time on opti!  It wasn't always fun but there was no thinking involved!  Meals planned out for you for 2 weeks!  Soon this will just be a memory too!  You can do this!!

Good Luck with your Opti, it's really not so bad.  Please have a really nice meal for dinner with something really chewy.  I miss chewy right now.

14 days OPTI is a small price to pay for the incredible journey you are about to take. Best Wishes!!
