Anyone from Kingston go thru the Process? Even better anyone in the CF?

I was just looking at your height and weight and figured out your BMI. I believe if you gain 3 pounds your BMI  would be 40. I would be willing to gain 3 pounds if it meant I qualified for surgery.  Something to think about. I mean you will drop those 3 pounds fast during your opti shake stage.
