And I am excited to be in the best health that i've been in over 10 years!! I plan on having many more! Got my free HUGE SF latte from Starbucks. Going to be wired for the day!! Woohoo!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

What's really sad.....it's my ex-husband's birthday too. Our first birthday apart. Weird! I get my own cake with my name on it though!! I get to have one bite lol.
