Check this out!  High in protein and also a tad high in calories.. wonder if it tastes just as good with ground turkey??? hmmmmm!!

If you season the turkey, it'll taste just as good. To save calories and carbs, I'd only use 1 wrapper and fold it to make a triangle.

Yes, true.  When I remade them I only used 1 too.   Came out crispier too.

for the taco things, I pre baked the wrapper cups to crisp the bottom.. MUCH better... and SO tasty!

Hi Deb,

It looks awesome...I am sure there is a way to reduce the calories and carbs...use probably one wonton wrapper, ground turkey, and i would probably just use a diced tomato..

Going to have to try it!
