Humbled - Long post

To be honest, I really expected the surgeon to speak to me for five minutes and say, "way to go" on reaching my goal weight. It ended up being a sobbing session with him practically making the appointment for the psychiatrist for me (I made the call myself). I left in complete shock. I'm glad that I'm not alone, and that my story may help others. I'll post my progress. Saying it out loud, instead of holding it in, like I have done all my life, feels not too bad actually
