Congratulations on your approval. I hope you achieve what you want with the VSG.
Both Jeff and I did not want two part procedures but had no choice.
Jeff had his VSG done at Cleveland Clinic and was told he could get part 2 done soon after but had to fight for it.
I went into surgery with Dr. Gagner in Montreal for the DS but woke up with the VSG (was not happy but there were apparently some difficulties during surgery). I had part 2 done in August.
Any surgery you get is a tool and if you don't work it, it won't work. I think this is why the choice of surgery is so important and will vary for each person.
