Good morning.
Off to my one-year follow up at Ottawa WMC, then to a "student-led conference" at my son's school (an alternative to the parent-techer interview), cleaning up a bit, out with friends tonight.
B - Greek yogurt
S - banana
L - roast beef, don't know what else
S - protein shake
D- homemade pizza (ww crust, turkey pepperoni, LF cheese, veggies), 1 slice
S - probably a decaf cafe au lait

Had a wonderful time at cawfee talk last night and cannot BELIEVE how wonderful everyone is looking!! Wendy, thank you so very much for the beautiful necklace from Hawaii, I'm wearing it today :) Lexiblu - holy crap, you look fabulous! Gaby - well, love you. xo You too highlandbear. And all the rest of you for that matter. lol

S - protein shake
L - I am craving carbs so will avoid. I'm thinking the incredible burger from upstairs minus the bun
S - lefotver burger, tea/coffee throughout the afternoon
D - corn on the cob, a big ol' hot dog no bun, grilled veggies on the BBQ

Shoot!! I forgot!! I had a request last night that we post not only what we're eating but how MUCH, what kind of surgery we had AND how far out we are. I think this makes excellent sense, so here is my revised version!!!
RNY - 6 years post-op, maintenance
B - 12 oz coffee with 2 oz 1% milk, then leftover shrimp burrito bowl - 3 shrimp, 1/2 cup rice, lettuce, tomato, salsa, about a tablespoon of black beans
S - Premier protein shake - 30g protein
L - I am craving carbs so will avoid. I'm thinking the incredible burger from upstairs minus the bun - 8 oz ground beef, slices of tomato, lettuce, 1 oz pulled pork, onion - I will eat 1/2
S - 4 oz burger, coffee/tea throughout the afternooon
D - corn on the cob (1 small with a tsp of butter), a big ol' hot dog (top dogs or whatever they're called (1)) no bun, grilled veggies on the BBQ (1/2 cup grilled peppers, onions and mushrooms)

Not sure you will always see my amounts etc....too much typing if I am in a hurry at work but still want to post...
also - they can look at the date of surgery and weight lost to figure out how long you are out and if you are at goal
