Yup , that's my mom.

The chart is from sparkpeople.com. When you click on "See today's full report" this printout is available. The original had only one snack, I added the other snack times.

The lobster is in a can frozen. It seems to be available around special holidays.   I buy it from Zehrs. It's pricey but it has almost all claw meet. Delish! I just add some red onion and FF miracle whip and tonight I stuffed it in a couple of mini pitas.

Morning all :)

Should be a wee bit more "relaxed" than yesterday - man oh man, I was on a tear! Couldn't believe everything I accomplished yesterday by noon. lol  Those ADD meds are clearly working well.  Good appointment with the hemo yesterday as well - THANK YOU FeraMAX and THANK YOU OKNEE!

Eats for today:

B - coffee with milk x a few, protein bar
S - broccoli salad and a LC wedge  (I am SO addicted to that darn salad!)
L - small tuna wrap with veggies - likely 1/2 the wrap, all of the guts
S - tea
D - Yah-freakin-hoooo!  Gaby and Wendy are picking up dinner from Chorizo's before cawfee night - shrimp burrito bowl!  Yay!
S - coffee out with the gang

Karen - it's all your fault.
Your devotion to the Shrimp Burrito Bowl has convinced me that I oughtta give it a try, so I'll be ordering 2 tonight - 1 for you, and 1 for me.

LOVING the Walking Room group. (Had decided to join them instead of the running group cuz of my chest pains running last week.)
Got a really good workout - walked 1k to get there, we did 5K at a brisk clip through a lovely neighbourhood, then walked another 1 k to get home.
My dogs sure were tired, but no knee pain, no chest pain.

 B - Cheerios w 1/2 banana, large coffee
 S - homemade fruit smoothie w tofu and bran buds
 L - chicken/sweet potato curry with orange couscous
 S - mint tea
 D - shrimp burrito bowl from Chorizo's
 S#3 - large decaff Timmie's w chocolate mint flavour shot

All vitamins in.

Woot!  I have a shrimp obsession for about the last month. LOL

Could you please ask them to go easy on the rice?

 OMG this thread is making me so hungry!  How about this:. Optifast, Optifast, Optifast, Sugar Free jello!!! Then more Optifast!  Woohoo!!!  Only 3 more days.

 Yes - actually why I at first created a pofile and joind obesity help - because I wanted access to the recipe forum.  Then I fund all of these wonderful Ontario Forum people and I  so happy I did.  It is a wonderful site!!!
