What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)
Good morning.
Off to the final meeting with the prof I was working for as a TA, then a nice ride, and a massage later this aft (the last one I have covered by insurance this year). Planning to tidy up a bit today, maybe go through my son's clothes; he's growing like a weed!
B - Greek yogurt, berries
S - milky decaf tea x 2
L - something I can stick in my saddlebag; cheese and fruit?
S - no idea yet!
D - some kind of soup, a few ww crackers
S - protein shake

So yesterday someone finally told me that I have lost enough weight. -My mother. I'm o.k. with that.
The only part I didn't like was the addition of, "because your jowls are starting to look haggard". - nice.
Anyway, to be expected.
I turned 43 today. Lots of running around to do/ appointments etc.
