What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)
I'm running a few errands today, then laying around on my couch like a lump for the rest of the day, for the first time since I went back to school in Sept! Yea! If I had my new Harley (yes, I bought a Harley yesterday, a 1994 1200 Sportster), I'd be out riding but we can't pick it up until tomorrow.
B - Greek yogurt, berries
S - milky decaf tea x 2, maybe a cheese string
L - turkey, veggies w/ tzatziki
S - hard-boiled egg
D - a bit of cheese-stuffed tortelling, meat sauce
S - maybe 1/2 protein shake

Hot here....but it feels so much better at this weight then when I was heavy....I am in a 4 day golf tournament so I have to be careful planning my eats
Tonight going out with friends to see a Beatles tribute band....will be dancing under the stars after I get my husband liquored up a bit...lol
B - protein shake
s - Greek yogurt
l - ham and cheese and pickle roll ups
s - protein bar
small banana
d - at the concert - they have food stations so will do the best I can....plus either a low carb beer or a glass of wine
All water....at least 3 litres - plus regular and decaf coffee

Karen, exciting to get the bike - good for you! Barb, I would *love* to get Joe liquored up a bit and dance under the stars to the sounds of the Beatles. (not to be confused with the sounds of the crickets). lol
Working today and I am in SUCH a good mood for some reason. I mean, not that you *need* a reason, but I have a headache the size of Montana, I'm "suffering" through TOM, and yet here I sit, happy as a freakin' clam. haha
B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - 1 LC wedge, 1 cracker, a couple of blackberries
L - Ooooh - the cafe has a lovely special today - mustard glazed skewers of chicken, onions and peppers served with baby red potatoes and balsamic greens. Yes please!
S - leftover lunch
D - ummm..... well damn, I forgot to take anything out. lol I guess we'll see!

More tax returns and then a meeting tonight with Community Living to discuss the job performance of the Executive Director - that time of year!
My Preop diet today is:

B: protein shake with 1 cup 1% milk
S: 4 breakfast bites (from WLS cookbook for dummies)
L: 6 oz homestyle meat loaf (from WLS cookbook for dummies), yogurt
S: cottage cheese with fruit and a mini babybel light
D: chicken pecan salad in a whole wheat pita
S: 1/4 cup pecans and maybe some milk
All Vits and hopefully all water!
