Back from Cuba...1 week all inclusive and DOWN 1 pound

Ooh, palm trees! Sweet ocean breezes! Hope you had a good time.

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora. Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

Hi....we stayed in Cayo Coco @ Memories Caribe and we LOVED it.
Temperature was amazing AND beach was incredible !!!!!!!!!!

I have reached my goal weight ..... and LOVE my RNY !!!!!!!!!

awesome..my mom used to go to Cuba a lot...and she loved the layed back atmosphere

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.

life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!. Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!
