After over a week hiatus of posting since I was doing Optifast, I am finally making my way back to eating real food with very little carbs.

B - 3 oz ground beef, 1/4 cup marinara sauce, 1oz parm melted on top

S - protien shake

L - spinach salad with hard boiled egg and tuna on top

D- same as lunch but with grilled chicken instead of the tuna

Good Morning Ladies!! Not sure what the plan is today. I think I really need to go to Value Village to by some summer cloths. I almost have nothing summery to wear .....ya I know poor me huh lol .

Congratulation Karen on your sixth year one day surgiversary!!!

On today's menu:

BB- coffee x 2 (out of decaf)

B- protein shake

L- leftover pork and pasta

S- cheese w apple

D- BBQ steak w over baked broccoli

Today is my last day of Opti!!!  As exciting as it is...(it means surgery tomorrow)... it is also scary!!! I haven't had to think about what to eat in 3 weeks!!! OMG I am going to need help once I start eating again!!!!

Congratulations Karen!

Did my strength training this morning...the cat got into the basement (where I do my workouts) and drove me a little crazy...but I managed.  She's a pain...but she's also sooo cute...it's hard to get mad at her.

B - 2 eggs, bacon and 1 slice multigrain toast
S - grapes
L - corn-beef on rice cakes (2)
S - apple and cheese
D - I'm out for dinner tonight...so I'll need all my willpower to be good.

No evening snack today.

Good morning everyone! :D

I am having a GREAT time this week and some of me, doesn't want it to end but the other part of me really wants to get back to work, life and a regular routine. I fly back tomorrow.

B- fage greek yoguart, 1/4c granola, 2 strawberries
S- leftover protein drink
L- lunch at my friends moms house, not too sure what she will have for us
S- cheese and crackers
D- i am showing my friend how to make my pizza
S- not sure yet....

I have been getting all my vitamins in
