Hi and welcome to the forum. I have not regretted one moment of my RNY. Hope you feel the same.

Hello and welcome to our extended Ontario forum family!

I think many of us had no problems losing weight prior to surgery, but like you said when we gained it back we gained what we had lost plus a few extra.  Makes you afraid to diet after awhile.  Add me to the list of those who love their RNY and just wish that I had done it years ago.

All the best.

Welcome! :)

First thing, be sure to come here often. Ask questions. Find mentors.  Learn everything good/bad and ugly.  It's the best thing you'll do for yourself. Check out your local support group too!  Enjoy your journey. Lots of patients will be required - embrace it by learning all that you can!

Welcome!  I don't have much advice or info yet either as I am just beginning the journey.  This is a great place for support and learning though.
