Heading to Cuba next week to celebrate the 5 - 0 birthday

For those that have travelled post surgery (I am now 5 months post surgery)....do you have any recommendations (other than the obvious) for resort type foods.

Oooooh - Happy Birthday and have a fabulous trip!

Resort food - I *love* going to all-inclusive resorts because most everything is buffet-style. I pick and choose from fresh veggies, cold meats, cheeses, fruit... etc. I find this way of eating extremely easy.

Hmmm ... maybe to stick to the basic foods, or foods that you know what's in them or can see them being prepared.
Things that may look healthy (like my spinach and cheese omlet @ Ikea) might not be.

I bought a new swimsuit @ Sears a few weeks ago.....

Happy birthday and have an amazing time! Getting water in would be my thing.
I am going to Mexico on the 25th, I know there will be so many choices. Its just getting in all my fluids.
