Thanks, you gove me encouragement. I am losing very slowly. although i do not regret doing this I had hoped for better results. i am finally seeing the doctor and dietician next week. Maybe i will get some help with the weight.

Joyce - keep the faith. It truly is an individual journey. We each need to work at our own pace to get healthier and the results will be as varied as we are.  I think that you've done an amazing job; 130 lbs is awesome and you should be very proud of yourself.
