Shrinking my tickers and widgets

I have tried and tried and tried I cannot get my tickers for my signature to be any smaller. For those of you who have accomplished this how do I do it?

You need to change the font on the text above your ticker and move it together with less space used... then resize the actual ticker by grabbing one of the corners and resizing it... then make sure you save after done... hope this helps.
