Checking back in.
I know it has been a while since I have been on but thought I would check back in for an update since Linda posted on facebook that some of us haven't been seen in a while.
It has been almost 14 months since surgery now. I am down a total of 128lbs and am feeling very happy.
I do however need to get back on track with my protein intake and I think stopping in to the boards more often might help keep me motivated and on track.
I will now attempt to add a before/now photo that my brother made me. The now photo was taken last weekend at my Niece's baptism and the before was taken a year ago at my nephews baptism.
I don't always see the changes in myself but when I look at this photo it is quite evident.
I still have 20 lbs to go til my next mini goal and 40 til the surgeons goal.
