Many have probably already since this woman on Dr. OZ or other shows but I just had to post. This lady needs a lot of proffesional help she has some extreme emotional (mental) problems that she needs to face.

Sometimes you just put one foot in front of the other, even if you don't know where you're going.

She will die before she reaches her "goal". I always wonder "why?"
Is it the loss of hope? Is it the thinking, "I'm always going to be fat so I might as well make up this life story?"

I do not believe people are happy being that overweight. How can you be happy with that level of mobility?

I agree with what has already been said however if she truly wants to prove that she can be healthy she needs to stop eating cookies and a whole box of animal crackers.

Would anyone on here say that eating animal crackers every day is a good idea?
