Your foods look great BUT you might want to change some things. Your body is used to eating the same thing all the time and I strongly believe that this contributes to a stall. (just my opinion from experience)

At this point, if it were me, I would up my caloric intake and shake up my body's system.

Try a menu like this:

B- granola (I get the pc bleu menu almond and raisin, yummy)
S- fruit
L- sliced ham (I get mine from the deli), cheese and crackers (it's like your own homemade "lunchable")
S- greek yoguart
D- Pizza (I make my own- a variation of brok's) (crust- 3c shredded mozzarella cheese, 3 eggs, italian seasonings; mix together; put cheese mixture onto 'pammed' round or rectangled baking sheet and bake at 375f for 20ish mins-golden brown..... toppings- I use whatever my mouth is craving :)  But generally, 1/2c prego sauce, then I add pepperoni, red/ green peppers, bacon, diced ham, hot peppers-sometimes, mushrooms and mooore cheese. I have started to to cook the topping first ****il el dente) then put it on top).... SOOOO yummy! Full of protein and very filling. My bf actually asks me to make this pizza, so I know it's good! He doesn't usually ask for certain things ;)
S- nuts or a fibre bar or another sf food item

I don't think that your "losing days" are over :) You just need to "shake things up some!"

You can also get great ides from the "what are you eating/doing?" thread. Check it out, get some more ideas and incorporate them into your menu plan. You will be plesantly surprised

Hi Megan

In my opinion I think 6 months is early to do this. Like Leanne said, check your food. Make sure you track everything. Make sure you are getting your protein and water in.
We have lots of stalls and they go away.
Totally up to you though

Take care

HI Leanne

That would be great if you could start on Monday with us. I just can't start on the week end and especially this week end. I will have my nieces kids(5 and 7) and to be honest.................................. those week ends are always carb filled LOL

Take care

I'll do my "sleeve modified" version!! I do shakes but also allow some pure protein at meal times for all five days. NO carbs. So no yogurt or cheese or nuts or beans!! :0)

Good morning everyone.

As mentioned last week, i am planning on doing the 5 day pouch thingy...lol

I will be starting bright and early tomorrow morning.

Any suggestions on protein powder or shakes?  i would prefer them a bit on the thicker side than "watery"

I'll be using Premier Protein shakes (pre-made, bought at Costco) and Atkins shakes for a little "change up".  They're both very tasty.
