I am going to do the 5 day pouch test , just wondering what kinda things you drank on the first 2 days

And then what kinda things did you eat on days 3-5....I know it says soft proteins for day 3 and then more dense protein for days 4/5....but I need some ideas.

Any advice will help...thanks!

Michelle.

From reading the info at the link given the 5 day pouch test is something to do when things are not going well. It looks like a way to get back on track in a nutshell.
