ok finally spoke with clinic, told sounds like i just irritated things and pouch got angry lol well they aren't concerned reminded to chew chew chew and eat slowly and if it continues to go to emerg (note only happened the once)

Glad to hear it's nothing to worry about.

I was looking at it like this: They didn't call you back right away, so it's not an emergency. Otherwise, they would have sent you to the nearest hospital right away. No news = good news.
