Good for you, Robin! And it's especially great that you're setting a positive example for your kids. Getting them physically active now is the best way to keep the active later.
I just wish I could do more with my kids like that. I'm home when they're at school, and working when they're home. Hubby takes them swimming occasionally though.

I may sound nice now, but just wait till we get that dryland work in...people that have worked with me in the past and present call me the Drill Sargent!
