Good for you, Robin!  And it's especially great that you're setting a positive example for your kids.  Getting them physically active now is the best way to keep the active later. 

I just wish I could do more with my kids like that.  I'm home when they're at school, and working when they're home.  Hubby takes them swimming occasionally though.

 i work 8:30 to 4:30 so it is easiest to take them and they are excited to go..... like i said no excuses for me not to go lol Thanks Beth

   This is music to your Kinesiologist's ears!!! Great work my friend. I know we have just recently met, but I am already so proud of the example you are becoming! I may sound nice now, but just wait till we get that dryland work in...people that have worked with me in the past and present call me the Drill Sargent! So in a few weeks when we are prepared to "deploy", I am more than confident you will be up to the challenge!!! Keep up the amazing work over the next few weeks. You are awesome!!!   Jay
