OK another question asked again and again and again...

ok.. please bare with me.. but how do i add my doc and surgery date to my profile???? thanks for your assistance with this asked again and again and again question!! 

 Hey.. Here is how to add your surgery:

- click My Account at the top of the page
- click My History (along left hand side)
- click the green + symbol to Add Surgery
- add the surgery info - make sure the box for Primary is checked, then click save  

It should now show under your name when you make a post. Hope that helps you out! :)
