Flavorings for Shakes??

When I went to my Nut Class my Hubby asked if it matters if I use an oile based flovouring over extract? She said it didn't matter. To use it seemed jsut just didn't know the answer. Does anyone know if we can use oil based flavoring during Opti and after RNY surgery?

Do you mean the ones like LorAnn oils? If so, I used them while on Opti.

I used oils in my Opti from Bulk Barn and I had surgery on Monday. I had no problems.

Thanks Tracey and Mom. So happy I can use those they have such a hugh variety. Won't get bored and cheaper then the SF syrups.

Hey guys, I'm pre-op and wanting to know more about the Optifast and what you can do with them.
What is this extracts that your talking about? The Grape and Rootbeer?

Bulk Barn sells LorAnn oils. They are used to make your own candy but they are great in the Optifast shakes. Just a drop or two adds a ton of flavour. They are usually right on the cash at our Bulk Barn. Very tiny bottles but you need so little they last a long time.
