What do I need to take

I know I've seen this posted many times but now that I'm getting things ready for my surgery I wanted to double check what I need to pack. Any suggestions?

Lip balm (baggie to keep it in so it doesn`t roll onto the floor) (used it)
Cpap machine (hospital used their own and my nose pillows)
ear plugs (used it)
hand cream (used it)
shampoo/body wash/deodorant (used it)
cell phone charger (used it)
medication? (PATTS will cover current meds and therefore hospital will supply any needs) Brought vitamins for nutritionist the review prior to heading home.  Brought information gathered at all my meetings at the Bariatric Centre
slippers (used it)
sanitary napkins (didn`t need it, but preventative)
tablet (used it!!)
magazines (read part of one magazine, didn`t read book)
brought clean underwear and socks and wore same loose fitting clothes home from hospital

 PILLOW - for the ride home.

Great list provided already, but if you have asthma you need to bring your puffers as they want you to use them before surgery..
