i hear ya i made a great dinner tonight 1/2 a veggie burger in 1/4 whole wheat pita with melted mozza and pizza sauce .... the kids were having pizza it was my compromise.  Sooo happy to be adding real foods i am still very cautious and cut it up really small and chew chew chew

Hey Robin - I have started making a protein shake in my blender with sf syrup and then adding it to my decaf coffee. It ends up being like a latte - really tasty and I'm not a protein shake person at all; I only do coffee lattes and smoothies. lol

I use vanilla Lean-Fit protein powder from Costco. It comes in a huge barrell and it takes a while to use it up.
