READY TO SCREAM RANT

 Something has been telling me to call TWH about my appointments. Thanks to Brenda who caught one of TWH mstakes with my appointments earlier on OH. I'm on hold with them as I type this rant. I called to see about cancelling my Telehealth SW appointment and going to TWH in person for the SW so I can do it sooner. They pull up my appointments and then do have me sceduled in for the Nut Class on the 9th of this month. I already have my plane tickets purchased. Finally off hold. They were so kind to put me back in for the NUt Class and now they are looking to see what else they can get me into that day. Keep your fingers crossed for me. I'm tired of losing money with TWH. For my Orientation they changed my time 2 days before I was to fly out and I had to change my flight which cost me an extra $300 because I had a firm flight and it was on sale but witht he reschedule I couldn't get the sale price and had to pay the fee to change it. I just want to scream. Sorry for the rant. It was either rant or cry and I still feel like crying. Also ranting here I didn't get too upset with them on the phone. Thank you for letting me rant.

your frustration runs deep and I can completely empathize. It is frustratting to be told youre file will be reviewed 3 weeks ago only to phone TWH today to discover it hasnt and you still cant book a surgeons appt. This forum is good but also adds to the frustration when I see fekkow OH ers having had their surgery or soon to have when they started the process after you. I will be glad when it finally happens though. chin up!

 Dave. What time will you be at TWH on the 9th? I will be there around 1. My Nut Class is at 3 but they are working at getting other appointments that day.

I will there around 11 am.

Are you taking the ~6 am flight? Is so, I'll meet you at the airport.

 I'll be in the 11:10 flight and flying back at 8:25. When they canceled the Dietition for that morning they didn't give me another appointment so I booked the later flight. What time are you heading back?

fellow dude on here...did you have any luck when talking to the guy at TWH about your issues?
could use the help...tired of watching people moving ahead of me and would like to know why...good news for them but not so much for me of course.
