I was the same Tracey - I can only IMAGINE how much hair I would have lost without proper nutrition.

Cutting your hair short really helps...

It was freaking my other half out more than me seeing all that almost black long hair all over the shower stall and the bed sheets.  I was prepared for it and knew I'd be chopping as soon as it got to that point.  My sink drains loved me for cutting it too.  LOL  I have really thick curly hair and my ponytail went down to about 1/3 of the size as it started from but  now it's all back and thick as ever.

My hair started to fall out around 3 to 4 months.  It has come out in huge amounts.  I was blessed to have tons of hair but this has been huge.  You can see my scalp.  This has been the only part of this journey that I have found hard (vain I know).  I am so lucky to have had this chance but the hair thing, I'm sorry has been hard for me!
I keep my protien way up but it has happened and the thing is it will grow back.  This is the one thing that has been reassuring.

I haven't noticed any hair thinning yet but I presume it may come at a later stage. I so desperately need/want a haircut but I am trying to hold off until January 22nd, the day before I return to work.
