ok i like greek yogurt generally and was really enjoying a small serving of it with a little sf jello powder mmmm tasted great first time i have had it post op..... ok so i really think i ate it too fast as befor long the nausia kicked in and then i threw up

still feeling a bit yeack but better after the fact. Note to self SLOW DOWN!

I am a week ahead of you and started greek yogurt in my third week. I mix it with sugar free pudding. I eat about an ounce at a time. I find it very filling. give it a try again in a week.
