I did it! My first major weight loss goal was 100lbs...and as of yesterday, I was 101 lbs lighter. Crazy!!! I was a little worried because I'd hit a stall and then gained 2 lbs, which nearly drove me insane. But I've chalked it up to my exercise regime, which includes daily circuit training and I've probably gained a little in the muscle department. Whatever....I've hit my 100 lbs lost and I feel fantastic!
Through this process, I've learned to reward myself with things other than food so I've booked a spa day in celebration of this milestone. Ahhhh....life is good
