YES YES YES...  to CPAP   !  I also had no idea how bad I was sleeping . The straps also give me  a rash at times... tried to loosen them as much as possible. I do go to the bathroom around 4:30 and take it off at that time. I've been  asked a couple of times when I got at work if I fell on my face because it can take forever for the marks on your face to wear off.

Just wait until you catch up on your sleep deficit and you will feel even better. Been using my CPAP for 1/12 yrs and never missed a night. Hoping in the next 5 months wont need it anymore. Think I am going to miss it.

I just picked mine up yesterday.. had one for a trial run and HATED it. I was taking it off in the middle of the night not even realizing it. The seal was always unsealing when I'd try to move my head.. in all honesty I didn't give it a solid try, but I will with this one. I have a small mask for my nose not the full facial one and I think that will make a difference I have long hair and I don't like it in my face or on my neck when I sleep so having all the velcro and elastic is kind of annoying that way as I can't move my hair where I want it. But I have to have it for the hospital so I will just persist til it feels the norm I guess.
