Always friggin hungry

I like what Monica had to say about being hungry. It might be something that we have to learn to live with. For me anyway. About myself I'm still trying to figure out true hunger and head hunger and until I'm sure I know I am doing my best to ignore when I am hungry because I know I am getting what I need nutritionally. It sounds like your protein is low, if your nutritionist has said 60 then shoot for that as a minimum, I don't think 40 is going to cut it. Drink some protein shakes if you need to boost your protein intake.

More protein!!! The amount told to you by your centre is a minimum. Push for at least 80g a day and I bet it will make a difference.
