5 month surgiversary (pics)

today is my 5 month surgiversary .. I have lost a total of 64lbs and 25.5 inches off my body. .I am a bit slow at loosing but still enjoy having lost that.. the top picture is of me 2 days before surgery at my highest 277lbs and the following one is me today at 213lbs.

Congratulations on your success to date. 64 lbs is nothing to sneeze at! Just stick with the program, follow the rules and it will eventually come off. Keep up the good work.

I think you're doing just fine, and looking great as well.

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora. Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

ty all for the positive comments.. and yes I lost my smile my daughter and I coudlnt remember if I smiled in the last one or not lol but trust me that smile is there alot more than it has been in the past :)
