Nope the surgery won't help that but an IPL (photo facial) will get rid of them.
Watch for coupons to a spa from Dealfind or Wagjag and you can get a great deal.

It's kind of funny because I am noticing the exact opposite.  My skin has become quite moist, oily even.  Before surgery my feet were so dry they were cracked and bleeding in spots, now they are fine.  People tell me I am glowing, but I think it is just oily skin!  Even my hair is more oily.  I wa**** in the morning and by evening it looks like I haven't showered in days :(

Tracy, have you ever tried dry shampoo? it comes in an aerosol can, and i love it. I dont like to wash my hair every day, cuz of the hair loss and i'm trying to be nice to it, so i use the dry shampoo to freshen it up on day two. You can get it at shoppers or where ever. Love the stuff.

weird that you're getting more moist. I wonder why? people are such individuals, tho.

I had terrible dry skin for a while post op. I found using a body butter instead of a lotion helped a lot.

It might not only be a water/hydration issue.  You may also be low on essential fatty acids.  Are you taking in any of the good fats on a regular basis (olive oil, fish oil, hemp oil, etc...)
