5 months after surgery

its almost 5 months out .. sooooo well i decided to check all my measurements today.. i am happy to say i have lost a total of 25.5 inches so far.. i am very happy with it.. i have lost a total of 61lbs..22lbs the 2 weesk before on optifast.. i wi**** could be a bit more but dont get me wrong totally happy with the 61lbs loss .. i may be loosing a bit slower than some but i am still loosing and thats 61lbs i would still have on me if not for the surgery.. just had to share :)

Brussels is near Goderich.
I am at Guelph. I have to say congrats on your quick turn around. I was reffered in May was received in June, and was told Guelph is about a year behind. So they havent even gotten to the April refferals yet! So little jealous I have to say! But so very happy for you!
