I have been in a 3 week stall... well, not exactly a stall...first I went up 7 lbs, with gout and water weight.. then went back down to where I had been, then finally have started losing again.

Happy Thanksgiving. I am weighing in a day late. I was away for the weekend and my host has one of those old scales that only go up to 250lbs...to small for me!!

Although I have lost about 9 pounds since surgery, in .2 pounds I will be down 100 pounds from when I first started to seriously look after myself and work on my weight, five years ago. Feels great!
