Ketosis ?????

I'm on day 6 and have the terrible breath as well, trying not to get to close to anyone! Also I've noticed a horrible coating on my tongue! I scraped it all off yesterday and it hasn't come back yet.

for me I could have drank Canada dry..I just could not quench my thirst plus of course the breath. You'll know it when you get there.
