Thank you to all. I'm on the couch but should be ok after my hot tub #2. I spent 15 mins in it when I got home and think it's calling my name yet again!! Ouch!!

1 of my goals is to be able to run 5 kms once I lose some weight - to run 1/2 a marathon - WOW.
