What are your top 10 foods?

1. Kashi Go Lean Bars- 7 grams of protein for the peanut and almond ones

2. Cheese of any kind- stringable, Bo****ini, even grated parm. as 2 tbsp added to something gives a whole bunch of extra protein.

3. Roasted Soya nuts (lots of flavours)- 1/4 cup= 10 grms of protein

4.  Cottage cheese- Found the kind with the berry puree in (8 sugars), and is fat free

5.  Lunchmeat, especially capacolo

6.  Kellog's Protein Plus Cereal (State-side).  10 grams protein in 3/4 cup

7.  Yogurt of any kind- but my favourites are the dessert collections by the Source...yum!

8.  Mini cans of tuna or the little tuna kits that come with crackers.

9.  Ocassionally, but always good in a pinch- Weigh****cher's Salisbury Steak, and Country Pot Roast frozen meals (19-21 grams of protein, and few carbs)

10.  Marina Del Ray Frozen Fish (in almost any store- Sobey's, Metro...)- I really like the Tillapia since it is very moist.  The salmon is usually too dense for me.

I pretty much eat the same as the rest of my family just in reduced quantities. I have listed the items that I find myself having most often.

1. cottage cheese with fruit
2. chicken
3. Eggface's Philly Cheesesteak Casserole (I make it about every 2 weeks. Sometimes I use deli roast beef and other times I use leftover beef roast - it makes me 4-5 meals depending on the extra veggies I through in)
4. Cheese
5. Yogurt
6. greek salad with chicken
7. almonds
8. chili (gr beef and beans)
9. eggbites/quiche
10. homemade flatbread pizza (1 makes 2 meals)
