Trying to figure out where I am- and waving hello
Thanks so much for your words of wisdom Mike. You have brought up a lot of great points. I have to find other ways to help myself feel better, without food. I have to make food less important again. I am in councelling and will talk to her about this at our session today.

Hi Jen. I can understand the stress of raising/caring for your children. I don't have children but I support youth and Adults with high needs and disablities. Do you have any respite support??
I am willing to offer to do some respite with your family if you need or would like.

Hi Shelly- thanks and that is very sweet of you. We do get some respite but funding is very limited. I need to try to find some time for myself and dh and I - other than appointments. Hopefully we can meet one day soon.

WOW you have lost 100 pounds, that is still a great feat, you should be proud of that fact
We are all going through the same as you are, do not be so hard on yourself
You have taken the first step, we are here for you, sometimes we need to talk out our feelings and by
doing so we can recognize what we are doing right and wrong etc
Make time for yourself, whatever you need, whether it is one hour a week, month, etc. You owe it to
yourself and your family
We have all been in your shoes, in one way or another
Take a deep breathe and breath, you are on the right track
Remember "you can do it"
